  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, customers are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Warranty Conditions

  • The fabric must be used and washed according to care instructions.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper washing, chemicals, bleaching, or misuse.
  • Altered, stitched, or heavily damaged fabric due to customer handling is not eligible.

Claim Process

  • Proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty.
  • Our quality team will inspect the product before approval.
